I do not know my geography of Italy, and I appreciate the time of sailing. Assuming Ostia is on the east coast of the peninsula, was something in the order of a few weeks. Not sure how long exactly, but almost certainly less than 2 months. And of course it depends on the route to Greece, and somewhere around the east coast of Greece is expected to add 1-3 weeks, depending on the distance from the top.
